Hourly ​Clinical Fees (not insurance):  $160/hour for either in-person or video life therapy session.  Includes e-mail summary of session and communications related to scheduling.

Payment: can either be in the form of a check or money order prior to the session or a credit card.

​Insurance:  We currently are a credentialed provider for Carefirst of Maryland (BC/BS) and Optum.  The rates are agreed upon with your insurance company and then you pay small co-pay for each visit.
